All proceeds go to The Ben Raemers Foundation

Following a series of successful writing workshops the Ben Raemers Foundation decided to solidify some of the key takeaways in a limited edition booklet entitled Writing Towards Well-Being. Sam-Buchan Watts who organised and delivered the workshops also compiled and curated this memento to inspire others to explore the therapeutic potential of writing. The booklet features contemplations from Brian Anderson, Jacob Sawyer, Matt L. Roar, Romina Palmero, John Gadner, and more.
